  This Privacy Policy describes how Atlantic Yacht Charters ("we," "our," or "the company") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal operations

  platform (the "App"). The App is an internal business tool used exclusively by Atlantic Yacht Charters employees and authorized staff to manage yacht charter operations, bookings,

  client records, crew scheduling, contracts, and billing.

  Information We Collect

  We collect the following types of information from authorized users of the App: account credentials (username), session activity logs (login timestamps, pages visited), and

  operational data entered by staff (client records, charter bookings, contracts, billing information).

  How We Use Information

  Information collected is used solely for internal business operations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

  Third-Party Services

  The App uses Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure) and Vercel (cloud hosting). These services process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.

  Data Retention

  Account and session data is retained for as long as the user is an active employee or authorized staff member. Data is permanently deleted upon account deletion or termination of

  employment.

  Account Deletion

  Users may delete their account at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

  Alternatively, deletion requests may be submitted to support@atlanticyc.com and will be processed within 5 business days.

  Security

  We implement industry-standard security practices to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls limited to authorized personnel.
